Aûtentic Environmental Assessments are proving popular!
Recently we’ve been working with Tyrells to assess their work areas and staff facilities (including their new quiet room) at their site in Leominster, and Senedd Cymru to assess their public facing areas and quiet room facilities. Our environmental assessments often involve on-the-spot coaching during site assessment visits and virtual meetings so that you can benefit from minimising any retrofitting or major changes in design as early on as possible, as well as our anonymous, lived-experience (of your site) insight surveys.
Our expertise is in autism, but we can and do advise on how other conditions intersect with autism and recommend effective solutions for neurodivergent users of your spaces and premises, in-line with British Standard Industry guidance on Neurodiversity and the built environment. We don't just focus on sensory aspects, but take a holistic approach when assessing how people, access, navigate and use your space.

By popular demand! – our new 1-hour webinar:
Introduction to Neurodivergent-affirming workplaces
We’re often asked by employers, just starting out on their journeys and who want to gauge their workforce’s baseline understanding and appetite for becoming more neurodivergent-affirming, to deliver an introductory session.
In response to our clients we’re now offering our 1-hour Introduction to Neurodivergent-affirming Workplaces, where you will gain a basic understanding of what neurodiversity is, neurodivergent culture, and how to foster neurodivergent-affirming support within your workplace and team.
We survey all participants on their confidence around 1-hour session topics and report anonymously to our employers – so that they can review and to inform their next steps.
