Transport for Greater Manchester embark on their mission to train all line managers..

We are very proud to have been chosen again by TfGM, to deliver CPD accredited training for every line manager in the organisation. We know how crucial the line manager employee relationship is, and how much of a difference it makes when an organisation has confident line managers, empowered with practical knowledge and tools to feel confident in supporting neurodivergent employees.

“The scenarios were the most helpful, thinking through practical ways to improve practices.”

Anoush Darabi – Senior Policy Manager TfGM

Collaboration with the National Neurodivergence Team Wales kicks off!

The National Neurodivergence Team Wales are funded by Welsh Government and hosted by the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA), working in partnership with Health, providing training, information and resources to organisations so that neurodivergent people can thrive.

‘Although I am not a HR Professional, I found the training extremely helpful as we do summary reports for employers suggesting reasonable adjustments for the individual.’

Cerian Nicholson – Specialist Nurse Practitioner, Integrated Autism Service

We’re so excited to collaborate with the fantastic team, and to have started delivering HR and Line Manager training, and resources, to their employer and stakeholder network. We know the difference that this will make to neurodivergent jobseekers and employees here in Wales, ensuring that organisations are well equipped to either start their journeys, or develop their existing work in this area.

We’ve produced a short film on what some of the difficulties are, and how colleagues can support every day and in every situation.
