TfGM focus on recruitment next, and are well on their way to becoming an autism and neurodivergent-affirming employer!

Last year TfGM began their work by rolling-out line manager training, and it was so well received that they have begun work on reviewing their recruitment processes. Catherine met with TfGM last month for an initial consultation and advice session. Following on from that meeting, TfGM have now turned their attention to their recruitment process and practices.

Aûtentic are thrilled to be chosen again, to deliver their tailored recruitment training and consultancy, and know that TfGM are well on their way to becoming a truly affirming employer. From experience, we know that prioritising support and
affirmation of existing employees, as well as focusing on recruiting practices is the most effective way to ensure that you are able to retain and also progress autistic and neurodivergent talent within organisations, and to effect sustainable change.

Turner and Townsend (Birmingham Office) hosted an 'Introduction to autism in the workplace' webinar, during World Autism Awareness Month, to kick-start their journey to affirm autistic employees.
