Coaching for adults - including job and career coaching

All of our friends' organisations and services are neurodivergent-led (ADHD, Autistic or AuDHD) and owned.

Jennifer Griffiths offers specialist coaching and workplace assessments for neurodivergent people.

Coaching with Jennifer is a collaborative and tailored process that puts you—the whole of you—at the centre. Their work is grounded in a deep understanding of neurodiversity and the belief that every brain is unique. Jennifer works closely with neurodivergent individuals to explore how your traits show up in daily life and within your current context. This initial exploration helps identify what you’d like to shift or achieve, and from there develop purposeful, realistic goals.

Emma Kearns offers Neurodiversity support, a practical, forward-focused process that helps neurodivergent adults understand how their brain works and build strategies that fit their actual life. Unlike therapy, support does not focus on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions - it focuses on building self-knowledge, identifying barriers, and creating personalised strategies for daily life and work.

Emma's whole-life approach goes further than most support by starting with the full picture - identity, relationships, sleep, sensory needs and daily structure - before addressing workplace or professional challenges. If you are also working with a therapist or psychologist, support can run alongside that work effectively.

No diagnosis needed. No referral. Just a conversation.
